Wonderful stay for our vacation, separate bedroom and spacious bathroom.

Location by sea. Kitchen with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher.

Everything was modern, we spent here 2 amazing nights. It had an exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect setting short walk to many good restaurants and supermarket, and city center, supermarket, restaurants and beach. Personnel was very amiable and attentive. Modern building, where we stayed.

I truly enjoyed this place, everything was great. Staff was amiable whole time. Facilities included a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave and the rooms itself were fashionable and impeccably clean. The bathroom there was modern.

Having a bathtub was great.

We had an incredible stay at this superb apartment. Everything was perfect, from the clean and contemporary design to the functional layout. the kitchen had high-quality utensils and a Nespresso machine that added a nice touch. the WiFi provided full and fast coverage throughout the apartment, and the shared facilities, like the swimming pools, were very well maintained. the location of the property in a lovely village was ideal, with a small supermarket nearby and beautiful coastal walks.

Can't fault anything about it. 👍.

It was located in a very quite area near the sea, a good swimming beach, and the next supermarket, Chilled out in Sabroso Bistro, located minutes from the venue.

New apartment, has everything you need, located short walk to the island, Medano and several good restaurants. Helpful and attentive staff ensured an excellent stay for our vacation. Efficient check in. Loved a sitting area, a writing table and an ironing set available. Unique location, brand-new & spotless room.

The location of Kora Nivaria Beach is fantastic, it's near the city of Santa Cruz and there are plenty of good restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The room was exceptionally clean and had a great view.

The apartment was new with views exactly as on advertisement with beautiful ocean view. The pool looked great.

It's a pity but the bathroom was quite small.

Such wonderful stay for our vacation. Impeccably clean and huge room, very comfy bed, a safe box, an iron and an electronic key card. Nice, gorgeous setting not far from beautiful beach in walking distance as well as Medano, Adeje.

Great views and comfortable apartments. The staff was helpful and the beds and towels were changed regularly. The two nearby beaches with black sand were perfect for the kids. Snorkeling among the colorful fish was a fantastic experience.

The windiness of the area made it feel colder than expected and limited our enjoyment of the beautiful terrace. Lack of on-site restaurant options and limited dining choices locally meant more driving than anticipated.

It was a perfect stay for our vacation: amazing location and affable staff. Efficient check-in was appreciated.

We had a great time by the sea in Abades, with plenty of wonderful things to do and great cafes around.
